Added a new environment variable “AXIOM_DEVICE_INDEX” that will allow a user to set the index of the device they wish to use. This is useful for multi-gpu system where you want to pick a specific GPU to use.

Updated for Houdini production build 20.5.487
Added a new environment variable “AXIOM_MEMORY_UNIFIEDUSEDEVICE” that will force a unified memory device to use normal device memory buffers instead of shared ones. This is to get around an issue with Intel CPUs running OpenCL.
Fixed a bug with dissipation that sometimes allowed values to flip negative. This could affect the look of simulations if you were using very high dissipation values.
